It mainly goes by tiers but KA/DDD, ChiO/Beta, are definitely the most obvious

ATO/ADPi - bible beaters stick together
SN/Kappa
KA/Tri Delt
KS/Alpha Phi - more or less correct now that SAE is gone.
Beta/Chi O - more of a gal pal scenerio
Phi Delt/DZ - for all there potential Phi Delt pulls horribly
Lambda/Alpha Chi

KS picks up the adpis zetas and kappas that aren't groupies of ato sigchi or snu. Definitely don't see any alpha Phis with them anymore

Sae - AΦ, some XO, and random others

its rare one sorority pairs off with one fraternity. sororities are so big you have different sets of girls that like different fraternities.

ATO - the bible beater ADPis & Tri Delt
SN - Kappa, the southern Zetas & the ADPis that party
KA - Tri Delt, Kappa & some ADPis
KS - Chi O, Alpha Phi & the yankee Zetas
AGR - same as ATO since ATO mostly parties at AGR's House
Beta - Chi O & Alpha Phi
Phi Delt - DZ, Alpha Phi and random Yankees from other sororities
Lambda - AXO & SK

DX, ASP, Pi Kapp, Delt - AXO, SK & Gamma Phi, sometimes DZ & KD

the off campus guys can't have official functions, but most kept their groupies.

EX - the yankee Zeta's
Pike - mostly Chi-Os
SP - really random mostly AXO, DZ & SK.
