I don't understand how these guys are top tier, they don't do anything on campus and the brothers all look like unkept hobos. I wouldn't doubt that these will be the same guys working at Walmart and bagging groceries after graduation.

signu's vibe is based off of being to cool to care but they try to purvey themselves as the "cool" KA. It's really lame and they do not do much outside their own social circle which is probably the smallest of the good fraternities.
