I just went to Phi Kappa Tau's formal after being set up with a brother. I had a good time and the guys were all really sweet and nice to me!

Just closed a deal to build their own village with three house in it. they have their own cul-de-sac that they can now party in which could be a huge game changer. These guys already know how to party but this takes it to a whole new level. other than that this is definitely an up and coming fraternity with a really chill group of guys.
