Phi Cigs as appropriately called due to their chain smoking habits. They take advantage of girls and the guys truly have zero class. Very little involvement besides with their fraternity as well.

They have some "fun" parties according to other people, but I never had fun. They're house is really nice and huge, but other than that, their drivers suck and the guys are awkward as eff. I know some guys in this one and they're really nice, but when you're in a party setting everyone turns awkward unless you've already met them in a non-party setting.

I always have fun at their parties! Just came back from one actually ;) They have a lot of short guys? But, some of them are really hott. It's more of a hit or miss there. A lot of really good quality guys are in sig ep and are always helpful and willing to give you rides/alcohol. Hopefully the new pledge class will be just as amazing as the last three!
