This is a real rating. Theta's are the sweetest girls on campus. No one ever goes into rush wanting to be a Theta but those that get a bid a choose them end up loving it. They are not top house, but really sweet and smart girls.

went out to a few parties two years ago went back this year-very improved, nice new house, lots of good new members, graduated most of the weird older guys, very tight-knit group of guys, parties have been a lot of fun, could be more involved on campus

the newer pledge classes are so fun and chill and literally always down for a good times like chi-o, but way more involved. definitely best of both worlds. most of their brand new pledge class is so hot. they look like they probably couldve gotten into whatever they wanted. good sign for dz.
