Every pi phi I have met has been really nice. They aren’t a super popular sorority, but I wouldn’t rank them bottom tier. They have potential to climb the rankings but they need to have a better image of who they are recruiting for. Very nice girls that are interested in their philanthropy. Smart and very focused on school but have good functions. They don’t have a really good presence on campus or among frats but I think that is due to how focused they are on school. Not a very time consuming sorority which is nice for girls that want that sisterhood aspect without devoting hours out of their week. Definitely a solid middle tier sorority that has the change to move up the ranks if they do well with recruitment. Still kinda new to campus but are establishing more connections each year.
