phc and ifc new rules

Apparently PHC and IFC have new rules where sorority girls aren't allowed to go to unaffiliated fraternities tshirt dances and socials? If a girl snapchats or is caught wearing a tshirt or themed party clothing of an unaffiliated fraternity they are at risk of getting their sorority suspended.

If this is true which I would assume it is because I was told this from a girl on PHC, unaffiliated fraternities (EX&OX) are screwed.

It's "highly discouraged" and "disrespectful to affiliated frats" if we go to unaffiliated frat events
