what advice would you give agd to improve their ra

If you were to honestly sit down with Alpha Gamma Delta to help them try and improve their rank, what would you say? Is it possible? (Doing this for a class project - not a member)

I would tell them to act more confident. They've come a long way but I feel like they're still kind of self-conscious and they would benefit from some confidence.

Have them reach out to alumni, AGD was always a top house and has serious history on campus
