How does Lambda rank among other fraternities? Pros and cons?

If you want to be seen as a reject. Their president pledged EX and was cut and decided to start lambda chi because he still wanted to be in a frat.

They have other guys who pledged sigma pi and were either dropped or cut because they couldn't handle pledging a real fraternity

Basically join them if you want to just pay for letters. Lambda chi is the joke of Greek life
