OX no longer a top house... They used to Run Chico back when I was a freshman but they have declined rapidly since. They've been recruiting average joes and not top bros. plus them not being affiliated with the school is a major disadvantage.
I was rank them as a solid upper middle tier.

What is the point of being in a unaffiliated fraternity? You pay money to drink with guys and have pledges... That's not a real fraternity.
A real fraternity is respected by the university and community and participates in things such as Greek week, sports, socials with sororities, and philranthopies.
