is theta chi still a top house?

Or did they loose their spot as a top tier frat?

I mean the guys in their recent pledge class look pretty dweebie, and their sorority relations have been going downhill. The only girls that still like them are Aphis and a small amount of ADPis (they pissed a lot of them off).

This is how brainwashed people have become. The two "off campus" fraternities have the best pledge classes and sorority relations on campus. This whole site is a smear campaign to self promote sub par goon fraternities that so desperately want to be relevant. Ask the good looking chicks in chico who they like, itll be 100% different from the stuff u see on Greekrank lol
