what are the rankings for unaffiliated houses?
I would say:
Sigma Chi - good sorority relations, actually do philanthropy and sports.
Alpha Gamma Rho - good sorority relations, good philanthropy.
Theta Chi - good sorority relations, no philanthropy or sports. basically drinking club
Delta Psi Delta - no comments needed
Tau Gamma Theta - no comments needed

solid ranking, although i would like to point out that Sigma Pi did get a better pledge class than pike (quality wise) and sigma pi actually has a house unlike pike. Only reason pike is currently above them is because sigma pi just got off suspension.
