rank the fraternities in order of top and bottom house
Pike, sigma nu , thetta chi, kappa sig, alpha sig, sigma pi, sigma chi

I'm gonna rank twice, once by public perception, then by actual chapter quality.
Public Perception:
Theta Chi
Kappa Sig
Phi Tau
Alpha Sig
Sigma Nu
Pike
Lambda Chi
Phi Delt
Chapter quality:
Alpha Sig- all of the sororities like them, they have an ADPi sweetheart, never in trouble
Phi Tau- nice house, nice guys, friendly with all the sororities
Sigma Nu- Nice guys, house is really out there, good relations with sororities
Kapa Sig- they're not very nice but some sororities really like them and they have a lot of socials
Theta Chi- kicked out some of the douche bag members, re-did their house, we'll see what happens after their social probation
Lambda Chi- they're trying to have socials with girls, no house and no real reputation yet
Pike- they're an over inflated chapter with a lot of rando members
Phi delt- they're not gonna be around for long

So much phi tau self promotion!! You guys blow you have out 40+ bids and only got 15 pledges.
