low grades?

Hi, I'm a freshman and I really want to rush for sororities, but I don't know if I'm allowed to rush because of my GPA. I got a 1.4 GPA last semester. Will I be allowed to rush?

Nope you won't be able to. The Panhellenic gpa minimum is 2.0
Get good grades fall 2015 semester and try going through recruitment as a sophomore

Actually it's a 2.6 I think

You actually need a 2.5 to go through recruitment. Use this semester and the next to really work on your grades and go through formal recruitment next spring. Good luck with school!

Even though you might not be able to this semester you can always go out next year. I went through as a sophomore and it was great!
