I wouldn't say so. ADPi doesn't have very good sisterhood and APhi definitely does not have down to earth gals.

sigmak doesnt have a very good sisterhood (seriously...)
adpis are not fun, they've got people problems
agd should be in the down to earth column
and gphi should be in frat relations too

Gphi and agd are great chapters, they're just not considered top houses like adpi and aphi. People have great and not so great things about every chapter, agd and aphi are less competitive and more involved with just their chapter, but a bit more genuine and have strong bonds. Where as aphi and adpi are very popular and more competitive to get into
