So this is obviously an aphi, considering no fraternity guy would rate them above ADPi/EK at this time.

With that being said it's debatable if Sigma Chi is actually "top house" as listed. If they were apart of IFC/school they 100% would be but they aren't.

Top house is simply the most desirable fraternity to join, and sigma chi looses a lot of top quality guys to all other houses due to IFC rush being catered against them, and they don't offer the same greek experience an IFC house offers. This makes them much less desirable to join.

Kappa sig has a good class / standing with the school.

Pike would compete with kappa sig if they had a house and got a better pledge class.

Lambda chi is on the rise and will take a top spot if they get a good class and continue to build up their reputation as they have been.

Theta chi would be top house if they weren't suspended.

As far as frats go, drop Sigma Nu under Phi Tau, and put LX above them, and this list seems about right.
