Top:

Kappa Sig/Sigma Nu - both houses have good pledge classes, and have some of the best sorority relations. They also got first pick of rushees, both are the most desirable houses to join making them top tier fraternities.

Mid:

theta chi - will be back in a year, haven't been partying much and been doing a lot of community service to get back on IFC. Could come back hard or die down depending on who they recruit. Still a middle house because of good sorority relations and annexes.

Pike - good sorority relations from their juniors. However, they have no house and only one annex. Also, their recent pledge class wasn't that good and recruited a lot of randoms and Mexicans. This makes them a solid middle house.

Lower mid:

Alpha sig / phi tau - have nice chill guys but aren't very social, plus no major annexes. This makes them low mid houses.

Bottom - everyone else.

And...

Sigma chi - not sure where to put these guys, definitely not bottom tier, but aren't top tier. Not an IFC house which makes them irrelevant in many aspects. They think they are relevant but their recent pledge class says otherwise. They still have respectable sorority relations but their house catching on fire plus sucking at recruiting hurts them a lot. I think they will be gone within the next couple years.

If you think alpha sig is top house you must not go to chico

The only frats sororities care about are:
ΣΧ
ΠΚΑ
ΘΧ

Some older girls still like the remaining ΣΠ and girls night give them a chance if they return

ΚΣ & ΣΝ are ehhhh to most sorority girls

And ΦΚΤ & ΑΣΦ seem to be getting a little more attention
