Frats:
phi tau / kappa sig - will become top houses or they will get suspended.
Sigma Nu - won't move in rankings.
PIKE / Sigma Pi - could move from the bottom to middle tier, or could just die off or recruit nerds and remain bottom tier .
Theta Chi will be bottom tier for the full year and will loose annex houses for the following year.
Phi Delt / Alpha Sig - could go up or down easily, are in better positions than PIKE and Sigma Pi.
Sigma Chi will remain GEEDs.
Sororities:
ADPi - will remain a top house
Aphi / Sigma Kappa - could either go up or down
Gamma Phi - will most likely remain the same in ranking
AGD - will move up to middle tier
AOPi - will remain bottom tier for awhile

There pledge class was solid for the spring. Almost all of their pledges were freshman and are guys that pull girls. They are the only house I can see moving up to top tier besides kappa sig. Yeah phi taus older guys are wierd but they still have a much better rep among sophmores than PIKE or Sigma Pi which have horrible reputations among sophmores. The freshman and sophmore classes are the future of greek life, what juniors and seniors think is irrelevant.
