is it confirmed that exs charter is gone?

Is it confirmed yet? I couldn't imagine EXs nationals still wanting to back them after some of their members have allegedly committed felony criminal acts. Breaking and entering + grand vandalism are some hefty felony charges were jail sentences are mandatory. Also if EXs charter gets pulled are they going to become a local fraternity, or go through a reorganization?

Probably be taken away because I heard Kappa Sig emailed their nationals and the school to tell them what happened and about the bullying EX does to them on a regular basis...panzies

Heard the new guys that just rushes are gonna start a new fraternity Deke. delta kappa epsilon really big east coast. Heard they don't care if they got initiated as long as they disaffiliate from sigma chi... Which sigma chi will expell all of them anyway. ΔΚΕ gonna be a new top house
