WE ARE THE BEST HOUSE IN CHICO!! PHI TAU REIGNS SUPREME WE ARE TOP HOUSE! ZINGG will never suspend us again because we are part of Chicos history! We have existed in Chico since 1922 locally and was chartered in 1956! Only fraternity that matters besides us is Sigma Nu which started in the late 70s!
