honest feedback about fraternities

So I am rushing next Semester and wanted to see if I could get any honest feedback about these fraternities
Sigma Chi - I've been checking out this site and have noticed that everybody serves to hate sigma chi, and am wondering why. From what I understood they are a popular fraternity. Obviously there few bad apples which exist in all organizations. What are your guys honest thoughts about them? I've met and takes with a few of these guys in my classes and they seemed pretty chill a
Sigma Nu - from what I've read on this site, they don't really party or interact with sororities and nobody knows who they are. Is this accurate? I hear from one of my friends who just got in that they are having a social with Aphi this week, and that they are always having t shirt dances and partying. Any truth to this? I heard they are also the second biggest frat on campus in terms of numbers.
Sigma Pi- so I hear sigma pi can rush this fall, and have audio been thinking about rushing them. I know they are a big fraternity nationally speaking, and are just coming off a suspension. But do any of you think it would be worth it to try and rush sigma pi?
Thanks, these were the main frats I've been thinking of rushing, but of course if I have done I still try and check out as many houses as possible

If you want to go rogue and just party then EX is a good choice. Their parties have been getting lame recently although they did throw a big rager on Chavez that everyone attended, and not as many girls go to them due to them getting a bad reputation. They can't do socials, greek week, omega week, philranthopy ect.. The most hated fraternity in Chico. So if you want people to hate you then go ahead.
Sigma nus recent pledge class was horrible. Aphi is doing socials with most fraternities now since they've realized they are a middle tier sorority and nothing great anymore.
I recommend checking out phi tau, kappa sig, and sigma pi.
Phi tau has been getting good pledge classes, have annexes next year. Been getting good relations with sororities, getting socials.
Kappa sig has been getting good pledge classes aswell, they have good annexes next year and good relations with sororities, best at sports, socials with every sorority.
Sigma pi has 15 members and no annexes but yes they should be coming back next year and I think they will get a good pledge class they are chill guys.

Thanks for the info on EX. Yeah I don't really want to be in a hated frat, but I'll decide ask that if I rush and life the guys
About EN, why does one bad pledge class matter? Considering frats rush fall and spring, seems there's plenty of opportunity to get a better place class next time. Why was their pledge class horrible?
I'm definitely going to start considering kappa Sig, I didn't know they were that we'll known on campus

Yes OX is the top among sororities but certainly not EX. Why did a group of ADPis my fraternity hangs out with say they all hate Sigma Chi? I dobut they were trying to impress us and I don't know any Gamma Phis or Sigma Kappas that hang out with them either and every time I walk by AR or their 2nd and Ivy annex it's a sausage fest..... lol
Maybe they are close with Aphi? I dobut it though because Aphi and OX are very close together.

Kid my best advice is to not listen to anyone on this site, there is nothing but hate, lies, and rumors. When rush comes go out and find wherever fits you best. If you base your opinion on what other people say, you're not getting the full experience of rush. Go to all the houses, no matter what you hear about them because it's very surprising how much different they are than what is said about them on this site. Hope you take my advice because there are some serious haters on this site and it's pathetic.

Lmao! This is hilarious but were in Cali! No one acts or dresses frat here and there's a bunch of non whites in every fraternitiy! Non-whites = biggest NF ever!!

Also and not sure where you heard that sigma pi is a big fraternity nationally speaking because if you Wikipedia sigma pi they have less than 100 chapters.
