This is obviously a troll post. Lambda chi alpha is not a fraternity here. Kappa sig did very well and ADPi had the best pledge class.

Kappa sig by far had the best year, after them phi tau did very well aswell. Both kappa sig and phi tau were at risk of dieing and had less than 20 active members. Kappa sig came back and had 2 very good pledge classes, won the soccer and football championships, built good relations with every sorority, and now have some of the best annexes for next year. Phi tau was at risk of dieing and came back with 2 good pledge classes, raised a lot of money for their haunted house philranthopy and have much better relations with sororities when compared to last year.
I'm judging the "who had the best year" soloely by who has improved the most from the previous year. Kappa sigma and phi tau clearly have improved the most.

Being real! Let's get this cleared theta chi is hands down the best. But, you can't deny kappa sigma had the best year out of all the IFC frats. They were literally bottom house last year because everyone had a good spring rush and they lost a lot of seniors. (Usually were solid middle frat) They went from the depths of dying to coming back. Yes sigma pi, and pike were suspended but a lot of their class from fall were friends with actives and one lived in 4:20. They were also suspended. Sigma Nu had all of what it took to be a top frat and didn't take advantage . Phi tau also had a great year! And were also nearly dead. I believe Sigma Pi will come back and succeed! They still have solid guys as next year they are my pick to have the best year.
