Where is your guys' make shift greek row or the area where most of your houses can be found?
Would you say chico is a college town?

there is no greek row technically, but all the houses are within a block of 5th and ivy except for sigma nu. sigma nus house is about 5 miles away on the other side of highway 99.

chico is 100% a college town. the south campus area is about 7 square blocks of housing with ONLY college students.

Chico is definately a college town, anything within a mile of campus a goo to be filled with college students. Like a quarter of the population of chico disappears during break and the area south of the school is a ghost town
