housing

All houses are off campus. Of all the fraternities I would say Phi Kappa Tau (Phi Tau) by far has the nicest fraternity house in Chico, after them Theta Chi has a really nice house same with Kappa Sigma.

Delta Psi Delta, AGR, and Sigma Chi have nice houses but they aren't affiliated with the school so they aren't really relevant.

Of the sororities AGD by far has the nicest house, the rest are equal in terms of size and quality.

Alpha Chi has a very nice house as well but they aren't affiliated with the school so they aren't relevant.

frat houses don't matter... the bigger the house means less annex houses which are what really matter. fraternities with big houses have to force pledges to live in cause they can't fill em. that's what happens when you have dry/ no party housing.

We obviously have the best house (interior and exterior combined) Phi Tau has the biggest, and Kappa Sig's house is cool too.

Sororities ADPI has the best house and AGD.
