how much are a grades a factor in rush

Rushing next semester and I am looking at having anywhere between a 2.7-3.1 as my GPA for Fall 2018. I understand Sigma Kappa has a higher grade standard (2.65 I believe) but how much do the girls recruiting actually look for grades, as in if I make good conversation and stand out doe grades really matter. Asking because I am sure there are girls who have a much higher GPA than me and I am getting nervous. I am hoping for Aphi or ADPI
