beta theta pi and delta sigma phi

I find it interesting that Beta Theta Pi and Delta Sigma Phi have not been recolonized back on campus. IFC Voted to allow Pike and Kappa Sigma to colonize and completely alienated the alumni of 2 previously strong chapters on campus. When are these 2 chapters coming back to Chico? Has Chico reached out to these fraternities to schedule them returning? If not then why not?

I think Beta was supposed to come back but then backed out a few years ago.

We definitely need more sororities before any more fraternties. TKE just got into ifc which is one goober squad too much

well, pike and kappa sig are pretty big frats nationally idk maybe that had something to do with it. beta is big too but it makes sense if they didn't come back because their nationals didn't support recolonizing.
