too late to rush

I'm a junior this year, and I was wondering, how unusual is it for a junior to rush a sorority? Would I be the only one rushing? Would it be weird to have a little who might be older than me? Do you think I waited too long in general? Is it easy to rush if you don't have friends who are also rushing? I've wanted to be a part of Greek life, but never had the courage to just actually do it.
