rushing as a soon or junior?

I found out that my best friend is dropping out and won't be coming back next semester. I don't have too many friends so I'm thinking about rushing either this spring or next fall. But will I be able to get into a fraternity as a sophomore or junior?

Yes, Chico Greeks will take anyone and is much less selective than bigger Greek schools. Chico also is a big transfer school and there are plenty of junior pledges.

It isn't a big deal that you are a sophomore , junior or even senior. Just go through rush.
