Connect with alumni on Facebook by going onto their nationals page, they will connect you with the group who is starting it up. Let it be known they are only looking for the best

Kappa sig will die slowly, they peaked spring last year and this first semester. Already we can observe they are on a steady decline and it will continue. I guess that’s what happens when you care about nothing other than getting “haggard”

HAHAHAHAHA OKAY Theta Chi. You are already kicked off campus and haven't been relevant for years. Kappa Sig has been one of the top houses if not THE top house (since pike became lumberjacks) for YEARS

A Chico Delta Chi alumni organization owns the house Kappa Sig currently rents. I believe the Delta Chi alumni offered to rent the house to Kappa Sig for at least all the next school year. (2018-2019) So I am sure Kappa Sig has at least another year to figure out their next move.
Delta Chi was always a class act at Chico. I have some friends that will be happy to hear they finally made it back.

Not necessarily true, there have been examples of chapters reestabishing themselves back onto campus and being very successful. If you get the right people in a colony like minded people will gravitate to the colony and build a solid base for a solid chapter. Just because the other fraternities do not acknowledge them does not mean that they will be unsuccessful. It’s not the fraternities they need to be at knowledged by but the sororities. And sororities will be the driving force for the success of the new colony.

Like who? I'm honestly asking. I would be surprised if any fraternity came here and was instantly a top house. That doesn't sound like a thing that happens.

-Kappa Sigma and Pike were both very successful colonies.
-In 1985 Beta Theta Pi was instantly a top house.
-Sigma Pi started out strong when they colonized.
-When Delta Chi first started it was a top house.
-Theta Chi was started by a transfer from San Jose State University who went to the dorms after rush and asked who wanted to join a fraternity. He got about 15 to 20 guys and they pretty quickly became a top house.
So yeah it happens, the real challenge is staying on top without flaming out.
