beta theta pi & delta chi?
by: ChicoGuy3What ever happened to Beta Theta Pi & Delta Ch at Chico? I know they are gone but I heard they both were trying to start up again? I heard Beta still owns there house but rents to another fraternity?

never came back
alumni sold house and saving the $ for the right opportunity
waiting to come back

grades and debt to nationals, suspended in 2010
own Kappa Sig house, rent it to them
wanting to come back but IFC said not right now

I have heard IFC cannot block another fraternity from forming or trying to join as per their own IFC bylaws. If they do try to block, they risk there own IFC/university & national recognition.
A group of my friends are discussing creating a Beta interest group. My uncle was one here at Chico. When he visited, he said the Greek system has been flipped around around since the 90s.
