Honestly it depends on what you want to rank them in order of looks, involvement, socials and stuff buuuuut over all


Sororities:
ADPI
APHI
Sigma Kappa
GPHI/AOPI
AGD

But these go up and down based on different things. Each sorority has good qualities and bad ones. AOPI is newer so they are still making a name for themselves where as a few others went through a bad streak last year and would be down on the list in those areas.

Frats:
If you include the unaffiliated ones then
Sigma Chi and Theta Chi would be top buuuuut not including it
Kappa Sig
Phi Tau
Alpha Sig
Lamda Chi
Pike
Sigma Pi
Sigma Nu

ADPI is not above aphi. And gphi and aopi are not on the same level.
Also, kappa sig is not top

Middle:
Sigma kappa
G phi

Bottom:
Agd
Aopi

Fraternities:
Sigma chi (top unaffiliated)
Theta chi
Sigma pi (top ifc)
Pike
Kappa sig
sigma nu
Phi tau
Lambda
Anyone else

Though I'd only label sigma chi as a top house, theta chi is trending down and sigma pi is coming up after their old problems. Pike has no house, and kappa sig rushed too many goons to be at the top.

If sigma pi is top of IFC, why did they pick up kappa sigs and theta Chi scraps? My house cut a kid who sigma pi picked up. Picking up a reject is a big NF

Sigma pi is top? Take that crack pipe out of your mouth. Pretty sure they have a bad rep still from the death in their fraternity that happened. And they have 30 members?
