Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority Ratings at CSU

These are catty, drama filled girls for the most part. While there are some really sweet girls in this sorority that I do really like, I've found most are stuck up and love their sorority and only their sorority. They have a lot of issues with the other sororities which I see as a red flag. And a lot of frat guys I know do not like them at all...it was the one sorority I was advised not to join actually. But to each his own, if this is where you feel most comfortable during rush than so be it

Every single girl i have met at parties or in classes that are in this sorority are actually really nice, and try hard in school. They might not all naturally be super smart, but they try in class and ask for help. They are hot, that's a given that most people won't argue with, but i don't really think being hot is a bad thing. And they have really started to hang out with more frats then just theta chi, such as sigma chi. Hopefully they will just try harder at greek events.

They have a lot of pretty girls, and for the most part they're very nice. They aren't the most intelligent bunch of girls but they're sweet and easy to get along with. Unfortunately, they don't have a very tight, supportive sisterhood and they're not super involved on campus. If you're rushing just to have the title of a top house then you'll probably like it here, but don't expect too much in the way of sisterhood or grades.

Alpha Phi women are classy, independent, strong, and leaders all around campus. They work hard to put on philanthropies and excel at them. People need to realize that just because Alpha Phi's are pretty doesn't intend that they are air headed. Alpha Phi has always been a sorority that women everywhere want to be in, especially at Chico State.

They spend more time in a tanning bed than actually working on their philanthropy/sisterhood

if you all are thinking alpha phi has no sisterhood and isn't involved then you don't really know much about us. just like any other girl or person in chico we go out and party. but when it comes down to it we honestly do have a strong sisterhood who enjoy hanging out with each other. we are involved on campus with sports, other clubs and teams and organizations. we know a lot about our chapter and what alpha phi means to us. and we do hold our traditions.

Don't follow traditions well, don't even snap like a real sorority should. Constantly feel judged by their own sisters. Quite confused how some really weird ones got in this past recruitment.

They don't really try, but they don't really have to.

To the girl below why would you mention that alpha phi has won sigma chi and pikes philanthropies? They're not even affiliated with the school anymore, completely irrelevant. That's like bragging about winning AGRs philrantophy.

I don't understand all the comments that say these girls don't do anything but party and be hot? Sure they are hot and party but in the past few years they have WON Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, and Pike's philanthropies and had multiple of their own... They know how to party but they're really involved on campus too and have sisterhoods all the time. Haters gonna hate I guess.
