Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 2.8 Theta Chi's are top house... but they're filled with douches. Hate to break it to ya, if you weren't already known as "top house" you wouldn't be anymore.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 3.0 Was at their party this weekend at 3rd and Ivy, got to meet some of the guys and I have to say they're good dudes. This is the only other fraternity on campus besides Sigma Chi that can say anything about being Top House. Generally humble about their status as a upper tier fraternity, pull in great looking girls to their parties, not too sure about the brotherhood but overall they're cool dudes I would and do hang out with.
