Theta Chi has always been a staple in the Chico State community at first they look intimidating, but when you actually get to meet them they are a bunch of great guys.

Let's face it these guys of been top house on campus since the early 80s. They have a well established and involved alumni. After graduation alumni are very involved in helping graduates get jobs. They have the nicest house on campus. They have a solid brotherhood, excel at sports, are top in grades, and they are thriving outside of IFC along side Sigma Chi. There is a lot to hate if you are not in these two organizations. Keep doing you Theta Chi.

Been at Chico State for 3 years now and there is no doubt in my mind that Theta Chi has always been top house here. They party with the hottest girls, have the only good parties in chico, and have the best brotherhood. Literally the only fraternity that is proud to wear their letters too since their the only ones I see on campus.
