Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.4 I'm envious of their brotherhood and I think it's great that they're all so close. They're the most down to earth and down to party. They aren't rude to girls or other people and they aren't super creepy to girls either. They're socials are the most fun too. It's a shame that IFC doesn't let other Greek chapters participate in their philanthropies because it limits so much good that could be done for the community
