Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 1.0 Below is completely false. Sigma pi has 15 members which is barely enough to fill their house. Their so called "annexes" are filled with guys who didn't get a bid from sigma pi during the reorganization and aren't apart of the fraternity. If the guys who got cut associate with sigma pi their charter will just get pulled.
