Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 3.8 As a member of an opposing fraternity I met a lot of their guys this year and I have to say they are pretty cool. They don't act like douches and they are nice to everyone. These guys all accepted me and my friends and that is cool when you are from another fraternity.
