Kappa sig is top at Chico state. EX and OX are in another category because they aren't affiliated.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.8 They have the most pledges because the most people go out to their house during rush. The reason is simple...they are the most desired house to be in. Top house by far its not even close
