What happened to sigma pi sucked but you can count on them recruiting nothing but top tier gentlemen when they get back. One difference between sigma pi and other frats is that they are actually nice guys not tools. They still have great standing with sororities. Ask any sorority girl about sigma pi and you will hear good things.

House is 100% paid for. On a corner lot with a 2nd house next door and completely well maintained so who cares if downtown. 1000 members since 1974 so would say the legacy speaks for itself. More alumni who are extremely well off financially who continually give back to the chapter. 2nd oldest fraternity at Chico state who plan on being there for another 40 years. Greeks come and go, many of the fraternity's and sororities there now will be gone someday when you come back to visit.
