There a lower bottom teir fraternity . There some cool guys in it but the issue is there are also a few bad guys. The problem is it’s a smaller frat so the bad guys stick out.

I and my friends love to go to their parties. Last semester we would go to Pink house and animal house. The brothers can be jerks but there probably one of the nicer frats here

We’re at one point a top frat. They still have parties but there now the same as every other party so you might want to go to one with better guys. There also having financial trouble.
