Very valid group of men. Houses are always really clean. Popularity is defiantly increasing. I know alot of friends inside the frat and they are all gentlemen.

Majority of their members are weird, they take in dirties in and IFC looks the other way, they took in a guy who has less than a 1.0 gpa this spring 23’ and over worked one of their pledges this spring 23’ that he went to the hospital and went back home. I don’t know why guys like to go there probably just because of their house but yeah no awful guys tbh.

They are a good fraternity to party with if there are no other options. Honestly id rater go to a Delta Theta party. I went to one AEPI party. There wasn't many people. The music was good but the guys were weird.
