These guys have the worst parties. Peach pit is trash. This is the frat for you if you like sausage feats. At one point this was a top frat like five or six years ago. Them sig chi and phi tau fell hard.

Unaffiliated and lost their charter as far as the truth goes there’s no Delta Chi in Chico anymore they go by DTX and desperately grasp onto being known as dchi just like any frat that loses their charter they’ll lose structure and die out without nationals as back up they could easily get sued for anything best to avoid them all of greek life except AGD(no surprise there lol) likes them they put a bad name to greek life

These guys fell hard. Their parties are not it. There are a few decent brothers but they will be graduating soon. I wouldn’t rush here.
