frat rankings

fiji/beta - depends on what kind of guy you like, both have good parties, i would say fiji has more appealing ones only because of the great lakes and the fact that beta parties can get so packed you can't move. regardless, both great houses, just depends what you're into

pike - honestly the handful of nice guys in this house save their overall reputation. the douchey frat bro vibes get really old really quick and it's sad watching cool guys join pike and then turn into douchebags. the only reason they are usually ranked so high is because they are a prominent party house

dtd/phi delt - again, depends on your preference. phi delt is a weird mixture of average looking guys with great personalities or hot guys with weird personalities. dtd's are all considered "nice guys" but are often friendzoned right off the bat

phi tau - nice guys. low key, kind of unheard of, but the worst i ever hear about a phi tau is that they are "quirky" or "weird", never "creepy" or "douchey"

sammy/adelphos - never met one, can't say anything about them
