I think this is the most accurate.
A Phi/DG -both draw similar girls that are pretty/hot and very outgoing
G Phi -gets similar girls but with a bit more class
Theta/Kappa -both got good girls seem very chill
Pi Phi -lower than theta/kappa because they are so new and got way more of a mixed bag to be any higher
DDD -I think pulls through every year with a decent pledge class
AGD -same as always
Phi Sig - they have a hard time

Top:
Alpha phi/Dg- Always popular among PNMs. Great pledge classes even though there are some randoms.
Upper Mid:
Gphi/Theta- Awesome girls. Have the potential to be top houses.
Mid:
Kappa/PiPhi- Still pretty new to campus but were able to get pretty good pledge classes. Give it a couple years and they can move up the ranks.
Upper Bottom:
Tri Delta- Pledge class did improve. Also they have stepped up their presence on campus.
Bottom:
AGD/Phi SIg- Sweet girls just not most PNMs first picks during recruitment.

lol honestly i think the girls stuck in highschool are thetas....you can tell from all these posts the ones that rank theta as lower get so many downvotes (like this post will) they are way to focused on their stupid ranking its very obvious
