Actually project a headshot of all pnms on a large screen in their recruitment room at the end of the night and the sisterhood votes one pnm at a time based on the looks the pnm and that vote decides if they are welcome back for the next day. They base it on superficial looks only. For kappa you pretty much need to be blond so go buy your hair dye if you want to be a kappa.

This is beyond fake.....kappa never projects pictures of girls, that would take forever. You vote based on what the person who talked to the girl thought about her. I really dont think any chapter at chapman does this and if they do its pretty sad and would take forever when theres over 400 girls rushing........

The truth is that membership selection is private and secret. No one knows what is said in any other sorority. Therefore this is a lie on it's face.
