Alpha Phi: 3rd best house, generally when you think of them a blonde barbie is what comes to mind. Alpha phi is not concerned with grades, sisterhood, or being respectable. They are known for being hot but fake and hard to have a conversation with because they lack a brain. In general alpha phi are the hottest but also display some of the worst characteristics that come to mind when you think of a typical sorority girl. They get around, "if it burns when you pee its Alpha Phi"
Gamma Phi Beta: 4th best house, they used to be a top house but had a horrible year last year and people frankly just forgot about them. Their hottest girls graduated and they were stuck with a horrible pledge class. They are also really into grades and they are generally nice. They are pretty average when it comes to looks. They seem to have a decent sisterhood but not very much presence on campus.

Theta and gamma phi got some really great girls... Those not shallow enough to end up in dg or APhi.
Really seems like tridelt got some girls who would have ended up in phi sig and AGD got some attractive girls who got rejected from the sought after houses.. Phi sig's recruitment is just sad.

There is no way to know they had the best return rate as that is confidential information.
Also largest pledge class does not mean anything. Those chapters with the best return rates normally make quota and not much higher. As they have to make heavy cuts in the first few rounds and don't need to invite "extra" girls to achieve quota. With not many "extra" girls during preference there is no way to get huge pledge classes or way over quota.
