How hard is it for a junior transfer to rush?

It is harder no doubt, but juniors do go through rush and find good houses. Go in with an open mind - Alpha Phi seems to drops juniors the first day, but other sororities are open to it. Best of luck

It isn't really "hard". You can get a bid. Some houses will discriminate against you. If I were a junior going through Rush, I'd probably count out Alpha Phi, maybe even Theta. I don't think they take many juniors if any. But the other houses are open to them. Just be yourself. Don't take anything personally. If a houses drops you for being a junior, then it is their loss.
