I wasn't able to do recruitment this semester but I want to be a part of greek life. Would it be better to colonize Pi Phi or rush spring semester?

Since Pi Phi is new, it hasn't established itself on campus. I believe you don't receive a "big" because they are colonizing but instead you get a mentor from a different chapter/alumni. I could be wrong. Pi Phi should be tabling on campus you should talk to one of the reps about the colonization process. Besides Pi Phi I think only two sororities are doing spring recruitment. If you want more of a variety I suggest doing formal recruitment in the fall.

They do get bigs but they're alumni from other chapters.

Looking forward to Pi Phi coming to Chapman. I think Kappa has proven that a new sorority can be very successful here at Chapman in a very short time. I even heard KKG is now the largest on campus? But not sure if that is true. None the less PiPhi will be welcomed at CU and I hope they do well.
