I heard there is a new panhellenic rule about spring recruitment. Does anyone know about this?

Because quote went up, any chapter without 195+ girls is reccommended to do spring recruitment. That's basically every chapter except g phi and kappa. All other chapter excluding phi sig made the quote of 167 but then it changed after recruitment. If a chapter does spring recruitment is up to them. Some choose not to so they can save money for fall but other do so they don't have to give out as many bids during fall it all depends on what the chapter decides and we will know by the end of this semester who is and is not doing spring recruitment.
