open recruitment

What exactly is open recruitment? And when is it? If I dropped out before the final day, can I be considered for it? What are the rules for which sorority might offer me a spot?

Continuous Open Bidding occurs in the Spring. I'm pretty sure you can because you dropped out before you received a bid. Only a few, select sororities do spring recruitment, and it usually changes each year depending on which chapters didn't reach their quota.
